5 Policy Directives
5.1. Code of Conduct
Erinys values its employees, contractors, customers, and stakeholders. Employees and Contractors alike are expected to always behave and act in a professional manner.
The following acts of behaviour outlined will be subject to but not limited to disciplinary action up to and including termination of services.
- Gross Misconduct
Gross Misconduct will usually result in immediate dismissal without pay or pay in lieu of notice. The Company considers the following non-exhaustive list to be examples of Gross Misconduct:
· The exercise of discrimination on grounds of race, colour, sex, religion, social origin, social status, indigenous status, disability, or sexual orientation.
· Alcohol or drug abuse.
· Theft or fraud or dishonest act
· Physical violence or bullying
· Sexual exploitation and abuse
· Deliberate and serious damage to property
· Serious misuse of the Company’s property or name or bringing its name into serious disrepute
· Deliberately accessing the internet websites containing pornographic, offensive, or obscene material; and the sending of inappropriate emails.
· Serious insubordination – such as refusal to carry out duties or reasonable instructions given by management.
· Serious breach of health and safety rules
· Causing loss, damage, or injury through serious negligence (particularly the loss of a weapon)
· A serious breach of confidence
· Acceptance of any form of bribe or inducement.
The following constitutes a formal breach of contract which could lead to termination of services.
· Inefficiency to perform the responsibilities of the job.
· Operational inadequacy.
· Negligent Discharge of weapons.
· Failure to maintain a tidy appearance.
· Repeated failure to pass training assessments.
6 Review and Continuous Improvement

These evaluations will be carried out by a dedicated department responsible for policy management.
