Advise Directors of upcoming changes, make recommendations for implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Use Travel Agencies or book online flights of all personnel mobilizing, leave rotations, and de-mobilizations.</li><li>Supervise expatriate staff leave rosters to ensure that everyone has their correct allocation of time off.</li><li>Collate all Job Descriptions for Iraq Operations, ensuring that the Job Descriptions remain relevant to the role. Working with Senior Managers to ensure that an annual review is undertaken to remain current to role/operations. Manage the appraisal process for Erinys Iraq staff.</li><li>Maintain an effective HR Database of all Erinys Iraq staff – past, present, and future potential.</li><li>Manpower Planning in conjunction with Senior Management to ensure maximum productivity, and commercial viability. Ensure Interviews are conducted.</li><li>Ensure background and reference checks have been conducted. Ensure qualifications meet the minimum requirement of the position. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that vacant positions are filled by diverse, high calibre people, using prescribed selection and assessment processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide a steady stream of candidates to the Operational teams to ensure that candidates meet Erinys and Client Project specific requirements.</li><li>Source quality candidates for upcoming bids and proposals to provide the best representation of the talent pool that Erinys has available. Ensure candidates are interviewed. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide recruitment tools and support to Managers for the recruitment and selection of employees/consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with all Directors to ensure accurate reporting of manning.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as central focus for all HR matters for Erinys Iraq; this role includes being a manager, advisor, and a confidant (where necessary).</li><li>Oversee the Grievance Procedures within Erinys Iraq, work closely with the Directors in this respect. Ensure that investigations are carried out correctly and that any disciplinary action is appropriate and conducted properly. &nbsp;In the case of terminations – ensure that the correct procedures are followed.</li><li>In the event of injuries or fatalities occurring ensure that Next of Kin are informed correctly and with due sensitivity, insurance companies are immediately informed, and the necessary case papers are prepared in correct and timely fashion.</li><li>Manage the Current and Projected Manpower (PM/Ops/SSM) system in tandem with the Directors ensuring that everyone’s salary level is correct. Manage Leave rosters and compassionate leave cases.</li><li>Ensure all aspects of Business Administration is correct and according to Iraq Law.</li><li>Ensure that all Erinys Iraq’s HR operations are conducted within national and international laws and regulations and, additionally, in accordance with the principles laid down in the International Code of Conduct for private security companies. &nbsp;Attention must be paid to pre-deployment checks and all individuals having the correct documentation.</li></ul><h3>Job Knwledge, Skills &amp; Experience:</h3><ul style="list-style-type: square;" data-mce-style="list-style-type: square;"><li>To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:</li><li>Formal qualification in Human Resources/Administration or equivalent</li><li>Management skills –leadership, analytical, decisive but consultative; capable of innovative thinking and managing change.</li><li>Commercial skills – commercially astute with enough understanding of budgets, linking the strategic direction of human resources and manning budgets.</li><li>Communication skills – first class oral and written English communication skills; development and ongoing review of policies that reflect the business operations to achieve compliance and consistency.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong intra-personal skills – capable of negotiating effectively.</li><li>Administrative Skills – strong organizational and accounting skills</li><li>Recruitment and Selection – end to end cycle of recruitment and selection activities aimed at attracting a high calibre of candidate to build company strength.</li><li>Competency in IT and ability to operate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.</li><li>Experience working in Austere environments essential. Mil or Police Background, advantage.</li><li>Experience working within the industry an advantage.</li><li>Experience implementing and maintaining document control.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience recruitment – preferably in a high-volume managing contractor.</li><li>Experience using appropriate assessment tools. <p>After over 7 years of successful delivery, Erinys Iraq has demobilised it's static security management project at Al Majal Business Park, North Rumaila as at 31 July 2023.</p><p>This decision was made based on mutual agreement with Al Majal Business Park, to ensure that our client remains fully compliant to its procurement and contracting commitments.</p><p>The handover of the site and some of the incumbent personnel who moved across to the new security provider - G4S - went smoothly. Demobilisation completed - AMBP North Rumaila

<p>Erinys Iraq has successfully mobilised two new projects in Southern Iraq over the past few weeks - One in Nasiriyah and another in North Rumaila for International Oil and Gas contracting companies operating in Iraq. The scope of works involve an integrated solution of security management, mobile security, static security, as well as design &amp; installation of security infrastructure worth over 15 million US Dollars over the next 3 years.</p><p>Erinys Iraq overcame multiple legacy challenges during this process, and the clients have expressed extreme satisfaction with the smooth process during mobilisation.&nbsp;</p><p>The entire management team has worked extremely hard to ensure that the recruitment, procurement, and execution of both projects were planned ansd executed in a fully compliant manner, taking into full consideration the sensitivities that are generally associated with a new project stand up, particularly in Nasiriyah.</p><p>Erinys Iraq Limited takes this opportunity to thank our clients for their trust in Erinys, and commend the excellent execution by the project and in-country operations team.&nbsp;</p>
