Murtaja is the Senior Iraqi representative of the management team who is responsible for the management of all Iraqi national workforce within Erinys, as well as all governmental matters, with an emphasis on compliance with local requirements.

Murtaja Sabri, Country Director
Murtaja started working with Erinys in 2003 and has built an extensive and influential network of contacts within various government ministries through the years. His far-reaching connections at all levels and departments within the Government framework is highly respected both within Erinys and the industry.
Murtaja holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Baghdad.
Mark Gregson, Director of Operations
Mark is an experienced and highly motivated Security professional, he comes from a military background having served 26 years in the British Army dealing with operations and logistics worldwide. He has 9 years commercial experience working in various locations within Iraq with Erinys and Wood PLC, as well as in Afghanistan with Garda World.
During his time with Erinys he has held various positions within the company, Operations Manager, Equipment Manager, Country Operations Manager, which has gained him a plethora of knowledge to assume his current role.
He holds a City and Guilds Graduateship (GCGI) senior award in Leadership and Management and is currently studying to further his HSE qualifications.
Kyoung Yoon, Commercial Director
Kyoung is responsible for the commercial health of Erinys Iraq Limited, including business development, contracts management, as well as all proposals and quotations.
Prior to joining Erinys in 2012, Kyoung managed the Global Coal and Freight Derivatives Trading Desk for Standard Chartered Bank as its Energy Trader and has previously worked as a business risk management consultant.
Having spent 30 years of his life in the Middle East, Kyoung has a good understanding of business cultures in developed and developing world economies and business portfolio management.
Kyoung served as an intelligence officer in the Republic of Korea Army and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Korea University with a post-graduate certificate in Shipping Risk Management and Advanced Freight Modelling and Trading from Cass Business School.
Sydné Rossouw, HR Director
With over a decade of experience in managing employee workforces, Sydné offers a unique blend of leadership and knowledge and has brought many positive changes to Erinys Iraq Limited. She first served as the HR and Administration Manager of Erinys Iraq in 2016, and between 2019 and 2022 strengthened her experience working in multiple security firms operating in Iraq before returning to Erinys as Head of HR. Her reorganization of the HR data system has streamlined the hiring and reassignment process which has led to a great boost in employee morale and a user-friendly interactive system for all employees in the company. Sydne possesses strong business acumen, resources and leadership talents, and over 19 years of commercial experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. She has a Police background, having served over 10 years in the South African Police Service which assisted her with an easy and effortless transition to the Commercial Sector. She holds Professional Certificates in US Government and Commercial Contracting from Villa Nova University and Lead Auditor Certificate in Integrated Management Systems from Exemplar Global. She is also a registered Highfield training tutor, assisting with our training programs.
Jeremy McKeown, Country Operations Manager
Jeremy (Jez) is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry. Skilled in PSD, Static Security, Close Protection, Physical Security, Personal Security, and Corporate Security.
Jeremy has been with Erinys since 2015, joining as a Team Leader before serving as the Securirty Manager for the Petronas project in Garraf Oilfield with responsibilities covering over 200 security personnel across 9 different project sites. He has served as the operations manager since 2022, based out of Erinys Southern Ops HQ in AMBP Burjesia.
Prior to joining Erinys, he worked in Iraq and Somalia with G4S as a security team leader and medic. He served in the British army for 12 years.
Dil Garbuja, Logistics Assistant
Dil Garbuja is Erinys Iraq's Logistics Assistant based out of our Southern Ops HQ. Dil is from Nepal with 19 years of experience in the private security industry, in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Dil has been with Erinys Iraq since 2012 and has been an integral part in ensuring adequate logistical support is planned and delivered so that the day-to-day operations across Iraq can run smoothly.
Prior joining Erinys, Dil worked with Hart Integrated Solutions and Prime Projects International.
Ram Ale, Fleet Assistant Manager
Ram joined Erinys in 2017 as a Fleet Assistant Manager. Ram has been heavily involved in improving our fleet management system, and was responsible for ensuring that all of Erinys Iraq's vehicles across Iraq are serviced and mainatined in a compliant manner.
Ram also took initiative during the COVID-19 period to single handedly build our vehicle maintenance centre in Al Majal Business Park, Burjesia, allowing for added flexibiliy in managing our fleet in Basra.
Ram has previously worked with G4S as a training instructor and CCTV operator (Global) at the US Embassy in Baghdad. He also has experience working with multiple private security providers in Iraq as deputy logistics manager and facilities manager.
Prior to joining the commercial sector, Ram served in the Nepalese Army for 11 years, gaining valuable experience as an artillery training instructor, and serving in Lebanon as part of the UN peacekeeping contingent.
